How To Add Credit To Your Trackit247 Account

There are three different ways to ‘Top Up’ your account with credit.

 

MOBILE APP TOPUP

It is not possible to make a top up payment  directly through the mobile app due to Google and Apple terms of service but you can make a top up by clicking here which opens a new browser payment window.

It may take up to 24 hours for your purchased credit to be added to your account but in office hours it will normally be much quicker.

If you require the top up applying instantly, you must follow the WEB VERSION TOP UP option.

WEB VERSION TOPUP

Make a ‘Top Up’ from within the web version of the software and your purchased credit will be added automatically to your account straight away. 

(You can only use ths option when logged into the website desktop version of the software, you cannot access this from the mobile APP)

Once logged into the platform, simply hover over the blue circle in the top left corner of the screen and click on ‘Balance

You can now choose how much you wish to top up with and purchase instantly.

After you have made a successful purchase, you can also switch to Autopay allowing you to automatically add credit when the balance is low.

DIRECT DEBIT

If you would like to set up a direct debit just send an email to services@ftcmail.co.uk  stating the email address you use to login to your account and we will send you a link to complete the direct debit set up online.
