How do I contact the support team?
You can get in touch with us once you’ve logged into the Trackit 247 platform or the mobile app. Once logged into the desktop software, click on the help icon in the bottom left hand corner of the screen to access the user guide and the ‘Ask a question’ feature. On the mobile app, click on the menu and then click on the link labelled ‘Support’

Why is there a delay in receiving 'Push notifications' to my mobile phone?
If you are experiencing delays in receiving push notifications to the mobile app it will probably be due to the phone restricting operations in battery save mode or some similar power management feature which stops the notification checks running in the background.
Why is my tracker showing 'GPS not updated' and the status indicator has turned blue?
Many GPS trackers have inbuilt power management features which will automatically turn off the GPS module when the device is static for a short period of time. As soon as the device starts moving, the tracker will reactivate the GPS module and the location updates will start as well as the status icon turniong green.
